05 · Questions

Where does supplier diligence stop?

Your quality team owns validation; we track the partner review.

Can we apply our own GxP-related criteria?

Yes. We assess CROs, CDMOs, and labs against the controls your quality team sets for the activity. Your reviewers decide whether the evidence is sufficient.

Does Coverbase validate a clinical trial or a laboratory?

No. We organize supplier diligence and follow-up; we don't validate a clinical trial, laboratory, or quality system.

What happens when a partner's role expands?

We reopen the relationship record, check the new scope and evidence, and track any findings with an owner.
