02 · How Coverbase helps

Control without slowing the business down

Growth creates vendor sprawl. Coverbase gives risk teams the capacity to stay ahead of it instead of chasing it.

  1. Portfolio-wide visibility

See every vendor, tier, and open finding across the institution in one view.
  2. Concentration risk surfaced

Spot where critical services depend on the same few providers before a regulator does.
  3. Continuous monitoring

Security, financial, and compliance signals refresh automatically, not once a year.
  4. Workflows per business line

Configure intake and approval logic for each line without engineering.

05 · Questions

Business lines, acquisitions, and exams

Keep the local business context and a bank-wide review trail.

Can teams use different approval paths?

Yes. We route requests by your business-line ownership and policy while retaining a comparable record of approvals and exceptions.

How should we handle vendors from an acquired bank?

Start with the inventory. We bring vendor evidence and shared dependencies into view so your team can compare overlap and decide which relationships need reassessment.

Does one platform make us examination compliant?

No. We retain the evidence and reasoning for your exam response; your bank decides whether its program meets the applicable supervisory expectations.
