05 · Questions

How do state rules affect the vendor file?

Start with the law your jurisdiction adopted.

Does NAIC Model Law 668 apply identically in every state?

No. Model Law 668 is a model; each state decides whether and how to adopt it. We let you apply the controls required by your program and jurisdiction.

Can we review both claims TPAs and data providers?

Yes. We review claims TPAs and data providers under your program, with evidence matched to each provider's service and access.

Does Coverbase certify a carrier's compliance?

No. We surface the evidence and open findings; your company decides how to meet its state-specific obligations.
