AI that follows your standards.

We check supplier evidence against your controls, show what supports each finding, and send exceptions to the people who make the call.

01 · The harness

The model is only one part of the work.

We wrap the model with third-party risk knowledge, your workflows and context, evaluation, and guardrails. We call this the harness. A general model can read a document. It cannot know what your team must do with a clause unless it has your controls and the relationship in view.

Give the model your rules

A SOC 2 report can describe an access control while its complementary user entity controls (CUECs) leave part of the work to you. We read the report against your own access policy and distinguish the vendor's responsibility from yours.

Tie the answer to evidence

If a DPA sets a breach-notification window, the reviewer needs the clause and the policy it was checked against, not a reassuring summary alone.

Build in the next step

A missing document becomes a follow-up. An exception reaches the reviewer who can decide it. We keep the finding connected to the supplier rather than ending at a generated answer.

02 · The evidence

Read the record, not one document.

We bring the contract, the supplier's answers, and the history of your own review into the same evaluation. If those sources disagree, your reviewer should see the conflict.

03 · The review

An examiner can follow the reasoning.

At Coastal Community Bank, reviewers can move from an AI-assisted control conclusion to the vendor evidence behind it. The team brought two decades of vendor records into one system. We build for that kind of inspectable review.

Your controls

We evaluate the supplier against the requirements your program uses, including the exceptions your team has decided to track.

Evidence at hand

Keep the relevant clause, document, or record with the conclusion so a reviewer can check it.

Your decision

We route what needs judgment to your people. You decide whether to accept, remediate, or investigate further.
