01 · Overview

Why financial institutions run on Coverbase

  1. 01

    AI-native risk orchestration

Automate intake, assessments, and contract reviews with workflows mapped to your policies, your control sets, and the frameworks examiners hold you to.
  2. 02

    Built around interagency guidance

Align planning, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring with the 2023 Interagency Guidance on Third-Party Relationships: Risk Management, so your process matches what the Federal Reserve, FDIC, and OCC look for.
  3. 03

    Faster procurement, fewer gaps

Cut cycle times from supplier request to signed contract while keeping every approval, exception, and control inside one record.
  4. 04

    Continuous oversight

Track suppliers across financial, security, compliance, and reputational risk continuously, and catch problems before they reach an exam.
  5. 05

    Audit-ready by design

Every action, document, and approval is captured and traceable, so prepping for an exam means pulling a report, not rebuilding history.
02 · How Coverbase helps

Run vendor risk the way examiners expect

Exam findings often come from scattered evidence, not missing policy. Coverbase keeps the work and the proof in one place.

  1. Exam-ready evidence

Pull a complete, time-stamped record of diligence and monitoring for any vendor on demand.
  2. Connects to core systems

Integrate with ERP, GRC, and other systems of record without replacing what already works.
  3. Concentration and nth-party visibility

See where you are concentrated and which fourth parties sit behind your critical vendors.
  4. Controls that match your policy

Configure assessments around your own control library, not a generic template.

05 · Questions

What your risk team will ask

Your policy sets the bar. Here's where our work fits.

Can we use our own control sets?

Yes. We map supplier assessments to your control set, so a critical core provider gets the checks your policy calls for.

Does it replace our existing systems?

We connect procurement and risk work to your existing systems. You choose the integrations and keep the systems that already work.

Can we see fourth-party exposure?

Yes. We map direct vendors and relevant providers behind them so you can investigate a shared dependency.

What can we show examiners?

We keep the diligence, approvals, exceptions, and monitoring history attached to the vendor decision. You still own the judgment you show an examiner.
