05 · Questions

Authority, coverage, and subcontractors

Your team keeps ownership of operational checks.

Does Coverbase verify every carrier's operating authority?

No. We record the authority and insurance checks your team performs; use FMCSA or other primary sources to verify a carrier's current status.

Can we review subcontractor exposure?

Yes. We show relevant subcontractors behind a direct partner when the relationship and available information support that review.

Does monitoring replace dispatch or transportation systems?

No. We handle supplier diligence and risk follow-up, not dispatch or shipment tracking.
